But for power steering problems and a HICAS light? no way. As the advice of others on the rack bushigns, just got under the car and check out the bushings and see how they are. If they are very spongy and damaged just change them out for a ES bushings. YugoBernie sells them with a longer bolt for easier installation for $25 bucks. You can also buy a steering rack from members who are parting out for a reasonable price. The HICAS system has a diagnostic just like the ECU diagnostic. Why don't you run a diagnostic and see what is up with it? Worst comes to worst just get rid of it and get a HICA eliminator bar from SZ.
